I have being coming to Great Clips to cut my hair for over a year. You’re able to check in online and they will send you a text message when you can start heading in the hair salon. The haircut cost is around $20 but what really makes me coming back month after month is Soyoung, she is the best hair stylist that I ever had. I didn’t have one bad hair cut yet with her!!! Soyoung is the only one that cuts my hair, she is professionally knowledgeable, if you live in ludlow or close by and need a haircut go to Great Clips and remember this name “Soyoung”. You won’t regret it!

It took a little longer than I had hoped.I called to say I couldn't log in on line and would be there in 10 mins.I thought she'd put me on the schedule.They were short staffed so I had to sit for 30 mins.I was traveling so it hurt my arrival time at next stop.But, I always get a GREAT cut at a reasonable price, that's why I'll keep going.I bring my grands here too and they're great with them also!!

I have been a customer since they opened.(10 plus years). I only had one bad haircut.I am not one to fret over a bad haircut because it will grow out. Recently I had my second “bad haircut”. After a couple weeks of trying to make the haircut work I returned to Great Clips in Ludlow,Ma. Joleen,the manager, was amazing.
