22 Prospect St, Nashua“I had my first appointment with Lamprey this morning. I was very impressed with the staff, as everyone was not only very pleasant, they seemed actually happy. Every single person I interacted with today was happy and helpful, everyone had smiles. Even the construction workers were friendly and happy, one pointing me in the right direction to check in when I came in. I have some experience as an owner in healthcare, and this is the kind of patient-staff interaction that most businesses wish they had.
My appointment was establishing a new PCP, and both the MAs and the APRN were thorough and knowledgable. All test results were explained, and explained well, all of my questions answered, and a follow up was not only recommended, but set up so that I would receive a reminder.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but with my experience today, they certainly earned it.“

1 Stiles Rd, Salem“11 years ago I was left with extensive nerve damage from a foot surgery that was ‘botched’ badly. I was left with pins and needles sensation 24/7, muscles constantly contracted, pain after walking short distances, extreme sensitivity and zero feeling elsewhere. I tried everything to regain some normalcy and nothing worked. However, with new technological advances, Softwave therapy has made all the difference to me! I am on my sixth session with RJ and barely have pins and needles anymore, my sensitivity has started to wain, the muscle tightness has drastically reduced and I have so much more balance. After 11 years, my foot is truly starting to feel normal – I never thought I would have any progress after all I’ve tried. But the experts at Modern Regenerative Health have given me a second chance at activity without pain and discomfort! And it has been AMAZING! Highly recommend!“

201 Chelmsford St First Floor, Chelmsford“I had the most wonderful experience at the Boston Thermography Group in Chelmsford. From the moment I walked in, I felt peaceful and supported. The space was full of light and healing energy, Karen was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
Being in that environment and learning about the EEE system and the BioCharger was inspiring. It gave me real hope for my healing journey. I’m deeply grateful and look forward to returning when I can. This place is a gem.“
“I took my mom to the emergency department at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on a Friday evening for breathing problems. I am very pleased with the experience we had and how she was cared for. She was taken from the waiting area quickly, triaged and immediately brought into the emergency department for treatment. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and technicians all introduced themselves and were efficient and thorough. The doctor was attentive and patient. He explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered.“

168 Kinsley St STE 1, Nashua“I saw NP Xiao for over a year, initial to address my migraines, but inevitably because of seizures. She was always friendly during my visits, accommodated telehealth appointments since people actively struggling with seizures can’t drive, and worked with me to find the best migraine treatment possible. My insurance initially didn’t want to cover the migraine medicine that has worked best for me, but she found ways to make it work, and I still take that medicine now.
Once my care transitioned to being more focused on my seizures, I did not feel like I got the care or answers I was looking for. To this practice’s credit, it took me being admitted at an epilepsy center for 8 days to finally get diagnosed and end up on anti-epileptic medication. I am now having seizures much less frequently, and my new Neurologist is playing with dosage to find what will hopefully make them go away all together.
I would recommend this practice for care of things like migraines and headaches, but I feel like going to the center in Lebanon or heading to Boston if you have seizures. The only other mention I have is that I was marked as an “inactive patient” only 3 months after my last appointment, and I only found out when I went to fill a prescription at CVS. It would have been nice to be notified.“

17 Prospect St, Nashua“I saw Dr. Cronk to both implant a spinal cord stimulator, and nine months later to remove it. I’m quite sure that Dr. Cronk had nothing to do with the failure of my stimulator to help me, rather that the overall incidence of stimulator failures is pretty high. On removal, Dr. Cronk confirmed that the placement of the paddles was perfect. As an aside to those considering an implant - do your research, as in reading papers on PubMed or Cochran. And yes, my trial was effective. But back to Dr. Cronk, she’s smart as a whip and exudes confidence and calm. Regarding her bedside manner, I felt she listened well, she addressed my concerns, and she did not shy from enumerating the risks and possible complications. However, she is a bit cool in her demeanor, and not one to smile much. That said, my primary concern was getting a highly competent surgeon, and as far as I can tell, she is that. As long as you’re not in need of a doctor who makes you feel warm and fuzzy, you can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Cronk. You’ll be in good hands.“
