Virginia Kelly NP top notch practiioner. Comprehensive nonjudgmental approach to weight management. A life long struggle managed with a combination of medication and lifestyle changes. As someone who has struggled with keeping weight off and losing and gaining the same weight over and over finally a breakthrough medication that not only achieves the immediate goal of weight loss but can also prevent chronic disease conditions associated with obesity.

Had my first appointment with Carla today, 4/11/24. She is great!! She explained everything and was very thorough. Informed me of the different options available for what my needs are. She took the time to listen and understand what my goal is and was very encouraging.

Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants provides comprehensive gastroenterology care in the Greater Boston Area, Merrimack Valley, and Southern New Hampshire. We have locations in Chelmsford, Lowell, and Lawrence, Massachusetts. We specialize in endoscopic procedures (including colonoscopies), inflammatory bowel disease (including an infusion center), weight management and obesity medicine, as well as pelvic floor disorders with trained pelvic floor physical therapists. Our gastroenterologists are board-certified and have trained at world-renowned institutions across the United States.
