We’d been living with a facet inside our basement instead of on the exterior of the house for years, which meant we had to connect and disconnect the hose every time we wanted to water the garden and leave the basement and garage doors open for the hose to be stretched out. Dustin installed a new faucet on the outside wall so we have much easier access for the hose hook up. We had a couple of small snags along the way which he fixed quickly and easily. All in all, a good experience.“

Here we have gas and a Weil-Mclain boiler on a Honeywell wireless thermostat. They figured out that a thermostat/receiver outside the house was overriding the system, and they sorted it out.“

Our boiler suddenly stopped working and we were left without heat or hot water. A different boiler company tried to fix the boiler and instead made it worse. We called PIONEER PLUMBING, and RJ came over right away. RJ began troubleshooting and although the boiler was old, RJ recognized that in order to fix it he had to special order a part. Shortly after the part arrived, RJ came back and installed the part and was able to get our boiler up and running again! He didn’t give up on us! RJ is extremely thorough and gives honest prices. He came when we really needed him the most and we are so grateful that he did. After the job wad done, everything looked neat and clean and tidy. Clearly RJ has pride in his work. We highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing related issues/problems with their boiler.
