Rude. I have been incredibly blessed to discover some of the most genuine and kind business owners, and services through Yelp. This call was not that. Yelp posts a disclaimer to take into consideration COVID-19 when posting a review. I give that consideration all days not just during pandemic days, and so I write this thoughtfully... that kind of respect is a two way street, hiring clients are also dealing with a lot during these COVID times. That said: This owner was rude and defensive in a 'I don't want to be bothered tone' that was uncalled for & inexcusable. She cut me off as I was explaining what I needed. She doesn't clean rentals.
