Working with Everett changed my life. Context: I've had cervical dystonia (involuntary spasm in my neck muscles) for 7 years, and I've seen a range of specialists: PTs, a chiropractor, physiatrists. I'm currently getting Botox shots to suppress the neck spasm. What did Everett do? Over the course of about six sessions, he diagnosed a twist in my thoracic spine that's exacerbating my neck problems (something none of the other providers could do, apparently), demonstrated exercises to correct the twist, and helped me figure out how to integrate the exercises into my normal workout routine. As a result, I'm discontinuing the Botox! Thank you, Everett!! I'll see you soon for a tune-up.
Dr. Smith is very professional kind and gentle doctor, he's knowledgeable doctor won't hesitate to refer to other patient's same problem as mine, all staff are very polite and accommodating too
Would recommend this place for a variety of reasons: it's a relatively supportive environment; right now as of October 25, 2024, their ju-jitsu class has a reasonable level of participants, so you'll find practitioners of varying skill level. For kickboxing, it's a cardio-demanding martial art so expect to prepare yourself to be sweating. Some tips from someone who has been going for over 7 months for kickboxing: Buy hand-wraps either on Amazon or at the dojo, gloves, a water bottle and when you get in there, if you plan on sticking it out for a while, ask to be put in their email system so in the case that the dojo is closed ahead of time, you'd know. The website schedule isn't as fully up-to-date, it's better if you email them for an updated schedule. Currently it's $120 per martial art per month, but there have been some exceptions here and there, it's better if you speak with them in person/on the phone for financial payment clarification. I can talk forever with a bunch of other things but this is too long already. Have fun!
My husband and I have been doing duo training sessions weekly, for the past few years. Dale is the best. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful with our workouts. He caters everything to our very different needs. The studio has all the weights and equipment you could possibly need and is thoroughly cleaned after every client. We highly recommend!

I came in after a truly awful haircut elsewhere, feeling pretty discouraged, and she listened carefully and empathetically as I explained what had happened. She then helped turn my mood around by steering the conversation towards uplifting topics.
Izzie was very clear about what was realistic, and she kept me informed every step of the way. She also did a great job cutting and styling my curly hair, which not everyone knows how to handle well. The end result is exactly what I needed.

I have used Donelan contracting for multiple jobs over a number of years. Initially it was to install hardwood floors and gut the master bath. We were so pleased with his work, we eventually had him renovate our guest bathroom add a walk-in closet, some custom cabinetry and bench in our foyer. I live in a historic building and other contractors just didn’t understand what I wanted. Paul really listened, had creative solutions to my quirky condo and made use of space I didn’t even know I had. He has exceeded my expectations with every project!

Joe & Steve were very professional. They clearly know their stuff. Their price was good and their work was top notch. They answered all my questions (I had a lot), and then some. Work was done as planned, no surprises. Roof looks amazing. Joe even coordinated with my insulation contractor (I had a few projects going on at once) and fixed an issue on our deck that had nothing to do with our roof because my wife was having an issue with it. Great folks to work with. Definitely recommend, and will refer to my friends.

I had my first visit yesterday. Began with X-rays and a very thorough, but not uncomfortable, cleaning. Then Dr. Yeh reviewed the x-rays and her observations of my teeth and mouth and made some practical recommendations that made a lot of sense to me. She referred me to an orthodontist for a consult and explained the changes in that field that make it worthwhile for me to consider it even as a senior adult. She spent more time with me than my previous dentists did in the last 10 years combined. I felt like she was really taking care of me and keeping me informed. She made it easy to understand. Definitely going back!

Dr mercurio doesn't jerk your spine around. He gently feels your spine, shoulders, maybe hips, and gives them a little push into the right place. With practically a handshake he adjusts your hands. Puts his hands up the back of your shirt to actually feel each vertebrae and target your issues. Yes there are a few Jerky moves but he is the most gentle chiropractor I've ever been to. I feel great and have suspended my appointments. But when I start feeling stiff or sore again, I know where I'll be calling.

Working with Karland has been an amazing experience. I've struggled with chronic pain for many years so I've seen a variety of people looking to address the underlying issues. He is very attentive and seeks to understand. I'm very appreciative of the information he provides and suggestions to work on the issues on a regular basis. I've felt a lot relief and improvement in my body--more than with anyone else I've worked with and that's saying a lot! Totally recommend!

Luke did a great job explaining what he was going to do and he kept to the time as promised, which is hard to come by nowadays. He used the appropriate strength and technique to tackle my neck and shoulder pain. He had everything prepared out in the covered and private patio with heated lamps and table that were perfect for the chilly spring weather. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience that can only be found in JP. Highly recommend him if you are/live in the neighborhood.
