Joe & Steve were very professional. They clearly know their stuff. Their price was good and their work was top notch. They answered all my questions (I had a lot), and then some. Work was done as planned, no surprises. Roof looks amazing. Joe even coordinated with my insulation contractor (I had a few projects going on at once) and fixed an issue on our deck that had nothing to do with our roof because my wife was having an issue with it. Great folks to work with. Definitely recommend, and will refer to my friends.

Joe McNally came to repair our roof with his assistant and he was simply the best professional I dealt with since we moved to Boston in 2019. He was kind, polite and very respectful of the property and the residents. He fixed the most urgent problem (I had rain coming into my bedroom from the roof!!) on the same day just to keep the worst out of the way; he ordered parts and came the first day available of the following week and made an excellent report on the actual status complete with pictures of before and after, with wise professional advise.
