Dale is great. He listened carefully to my training goals and has come up with creative ways to help me progress without getting demotivated. He is responsive to my questions and how I am feeling on a given day. I am especially appreciative of how he maintains a clean space and is diligent about sanitizing between clients. I have been working with him at his space since August of 2020 and I am comfortable going indoors without the fear of getting sick. I highly recommend Dale as a trainer.

Dale is an excellent trainer. He asked about and understood my goals, reviewed my current workout routine, tweaked a little, and added on some more to round out my workout..... all this in a way that's doable but challenging enough for me...with room to progress later. So, I feel motivated for the change but not overwhelmed. Perfect!!!

I like the location-- its private so I never have to wait for the weights or feel like everyone is staring at me.Dale the trainer is the best. He's friendly but can still effectively pushes me to do better, work harder than the day before. I can tell genuinely wants me to be healthy and strong as I can be. I feel like my fitness goals are a team effort, which is awesome.an easy 5 stars
