“I'm happy RediMed is five minutes from my house. When we arrived, we were the only patients in the waiting area and so, I was taken within minutes. The check in process could be more refined. A staff member took all my information then sent me back to the waiting area. It should be seamless right into an exam room if no one else is being served.”
