PuroClean immediately started the cleanup project in July 2023. They did a great job with immediate visible results. Air quality seemed to improve as well. They worked extremely hard during the summer heat and also helped organize the repaint estimate that would be needed. “I couldn’t have had a better experience with Andre. His work is simply masterful. I had a nightmare of a flooring job done by someone else who marred my floors, left them with countless chatter and waves, and looked like he applied the polyurethane with his eyes closed. It was a disaster. I called Andre and asked him if he’d be willing to give me a consult. He readily agreed and even came out to my home on a Sunday! Andre provided expert consultation, was friendly and sympathetic, and incredibly kind. He learned that I was sleeping on my porch because of the unfinished floors, and so he squeezed me in his busy schedule to help me get back into my house and off my porch as soon as possible.Andre stayed in contact with me throughout the job and provided his expert opinion as to staining choices to match my home’s other woodwork, how to restore my stairs, banister, and post, and various other recommendations. He did a FANTASTIC job on my 1910 antique fir floors, yellow pine stairs, and hardwood banister and post. Andre took a complete train wreck and turned it into beautiful artwork. I’ve never seen floors and stairs as pretty as these. The stairs….unbelievably beautiful beyond description. Andre refinished every spot and place including under and around several radiators and very difficult to reach areas.It’s worth noting that my floors are original and early 1900s, so the wood is very thin (especially after the first guy sanded them way down). Andre, however, treated my floors like a skilled surgeon would treat a patient and was able to preserve my original wood without the need to replace anything.I give Andre the highest recommendation possible. He is professional, responsive, skilled, and has a wonderful personality. If you need work done to your floors, do yourself a favor and hire Andre.**it’s also worth noting he has a very good rate; although, I would have paid anything to save my floors, and Andre did that for me.
