Dr. Chung's acupuncture treatment plan, coupled with a total of 10 thoughtfully structured podcasts, further promotes wellness by integrating a holistic treatment approach. Two of my targeted health improvement goals, better sleep and blood pressure control, have been experienced. In order for me to maintain these health improvements takes continued practice of the tenets promoted within the podcasts.
