Started off with their technician Emily, who arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment - so a big win right there not having to wait all day ... super knowledgeable, she fixed the upstairs zone in about 15 minutes and then explained that the lower zone was short on refrigerant and needed R22 (which is being phased out) to recharge the system and that she didn't have it in the truck.
