We have been using Comfort Man for 20 yrs. and have to say they are exceptional in every way from making your first call to their office and servicing your needs.Their employees are long term-nice, knowledgeable, and professional.We use them twice a year for season checkups on a/c and heat .When we’ve had an issue with a/c or heat they come same day. They don’t gouge you. They’re honest and if they don’t think there’s a problem that has to be taken care of they let you know.I had a clattering in my heat vent.Told me may need to be replaced but not then. Still okay. I've used these folks a few times and have always been more than satisfied with them. They are responsive, willing to do what it takes to get things working, and the price they charge is reasonable. I wasn't able to be at the house when they did the service call to restore the heat (bad igniter) but I told them where to find the key and everything was in order after they left. I'm not sure why the other reviewers were down on them, I'll continue to use them at my house in E Falmouth.
