So now, let me help you with both. You have found what you are looking for with Cooper Lane Heating and Cooling.It was hard to believe that this company could have over 200 reviews and score a perfect five. Now, I know why.Here are my reasons.1. Communication• He returns your phone calls, texts and emails.• He returned a message while away on a family vacation, on the actual holiday. Who does that?• He is prompt on returning both phone calls and texts. There were several times while leaving a message on his phone, he was already returning the call.• I don't remember even waiting more than a day for a reply to a message whether it be by phone, text or email.2. Appointments• He not only keeps his appointments, but arrives on time.3. Professional Recommendations.• We discussed the various heating options available and determined a Combi boiler was best.• Every unit he recommended was highly rated.• I asked him what unit would he put in his house, that was of high quality and reasonably priced. In other words, "the biggest bang for the buck."• I did my research on the the unit he recommended and realized that just days before the company had issued a recall. I sent him the article and he wasn't taken back. He viewed the article and recommended another unit.4. Pricing• His pricing was competitive with other prices I received.5. Work• His installers arrived on the day that he said they would.• Both Matt and Jeff were great to deal with.• As a former educator and a person who considered being an architect I find all of this quite interesting. So I asked them if I could watch and ask questions while they worked. I ask a lot of questions. They had absolutely no problem with it.• As they worked it was obvious that they took pride in the quality of their work.6. Honorable• As the install was taking place and in problem solving tying into the existing network they had to add a circulator valve to have the unit work at peak efficency. It is so nice to see that the old "it is good enough mentality" didn't exist here. These men took pride in their work.• Also the addition of the valve was not an extra cost. In my experience others, not all, might have pushed off the additional cost on the customer. They did not.It is obvious that I can not say enough about this company. However, I can tell you from start to finish you will not be disappointed.“
