“We reached out to Banner Pest Control because we noticed an uptick in mice activity over the past few weeks, and we knew we needed a long term solution given the winter is near.

Rick was wonderful to work with- he was responsive, thorough, flexible, and patient. He answered all of questions and reassured us that his methods would not risk the safety of our two cats and three year old son, which is a concern we had with any potential bait.

We also appreciated that we could text, and didn't need to rely on calls given our meeting schedules.
