Tim was very knowledgeable, professional & patient answering all my questions over the phone. I was shopping around & comparatively his fees were very reasonable! I had a 'false alarm' (didn't know this was possible until he gave me that nugget of wisdom) so I did not use his services this time around. However, if that ever changes this will be the business I call.

We had a mouse problem that was getting out of hand FAST. We called Pest Specialist LLC, they came out right away, explained all our options with great knowledge. I saw a difference right away! And now they are all fine and have stayed gone! They now maintain our property all year round for pests! I trust their knowledge and judgment. We have kids and pets and chemicals are always a concern. I ask a ton of questions and they have all the answers. Highly recommend them!
