I was frustrated by all the Ants showing up in my home and decided to use a local business. I came across Banner Pest Control who had a lot of great reviews. Then I sent in a request and Rick was super responsive - I had put down that I am deaf and he texted me (which was appreciated)..... he gave me a decent price and came out the very next day within the time frame provided! He was a pleasure to have over the house - and what's more in a few days I found a few dead ants in the basement.

Highly recommend! He came out quickly to take care of the mice issue in my basement. He is flexible and knowledgeable. He answers questions and takes time to teach customers how to prevent mice in the future.

We called Rick in for a bat problem after another company had started, but was not doing adequate work. This other company was also pressuring us to do a lot more work that we weren't sure was needed.He was prompt, easy to communicate with, explained everything in detail, and was courteous and professional. He explained what this other company did well and what they didn't, and encouraged us to talk to other professionals as well. We never felt pressured into making a decision.After he completed the work, he walked us through everything he did step by step and made sure we were happy.
