He found an old nest in some insulation in the basement and pointed out some sticky stuff on a wire he called sebum which was left by mice as they travel. He also shared the best traps and how to judge the strength of the poison by the color and how each type of poison works. He's been doing this for years and has a keen eye for what to fix. I was happy to hear that we did alot right already.
