155 Ashley Ave, West Springfield“I became a member in 2023. I randomly walked into the gym to use the restroom and ended up with a year contract. Fast forward two year later 2025 it was the best random decision I made in 2023.
The Gym is clean, it doesn't smell funky, and the equipment is well maintained. There are squash courts for winter sport. The pool in the summer is the best. There is a sauna and hydro massage chair perfect for recovery after a burning workout. I like the classes that are included with the memberships they are very diverse and fun. They also have a Tribe Fit classes for all different level you can sign up for it if you need the extra kick and accountability, you can take an appointment to meet a trainer to decide which group of classes fit your need. The best of all is they have personal trainer you can book 1:1 sessions with. If you don't like group workout and feel like you have specific weakness in your body that you would like to strengthen or if you need guidance in correct forms of exercise then this is for you. They have multiple packages you can choose from to fit your schedule. I would say from experience combining 1:1 sessions with Tribe Fit sessions which are twice a week, and your own workout routine will get you to reach your goals. I got my six-pack for the summer of 2025 💪🏼😎. Of course also follow healthy eating habits. But consistency is key and building a workout routine with the trainer definitely helps. I recommend signing up and becoming a member at Healthtrax get your six-pack for 2026. Plan ahead for your New year resolution 😎✨“

“The Westfield yoga Center really lives up to its name.Sally and Tom are such inviting and warm people that it’s easy to want to come back very week! Sally teaches yoga in a beautiful way that even in the beginner level you can feel the sense of connection/unity of mind, body, and “time bound consciousness” as she says. They aren’t just teaching yoga, they are living the yogic lifestyle and inviting people in the community to share in it.The long and short of it is I highly recommend.“
