“I needed help with my outdated Dell. The person at Computer Ally Inc. was very nice, informative and did not press me to have to upgrade (when a company does that I don't trust). I found them to be trustworthy and that means a whole lot.”
“Exceptional Service and Lightning-Fast Turnaround!
I cannot recommend Joel at My Computer enough! My laptop charging cord was not working, and I was completely stressed out about it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Joel was incredibly empathetic, calm, and professional. He listened to my issue, and immediately went to work on it after I left.
Later that day, he called to explain the problem in plain English without any confusing technical jargon, and what really blew me away was his honesty and transparency about what was possible for next steps. It is rare to find a business that combines high-level technical knowledge with genuine care for their customers. He went beyond the call of duty to try and find a part for it, and earned a customer for life because I have been able to move on with a great solution.
If you need your computer diagnosed by someone who you can trust with amazing expertise and excellent recommendations, look no further than Joel at My Computer!”
