I came to her with severe neck and shoulder pain. My pain level was maxed out, I could barely move, couldn’t get comfortable in most positions, and was nauseous from the intensity of it. She seemed to know when something was too much or not comfortable and adjusted without me having to explain it. That level of awareness made a huge difference.
