“My orthopedic surgeon recommended acupuncture after I tore some ligaments in my shoulder. I was willing to do anything to feel better but I was very skeptical at first. I do not believe in any of the hippy juju stuff. I was in the military for nearly a decade and I had a variety of issues including PTSD, anxiety, plantar fasciitis, herniated disc, shin splints, IBS, migraines, TMJ, torn labrum and bicep tendon. I have seen Ilana one time per week for the last four months and I feel like a different person. Robert often uses a non-insertive technique, and when he uses insertive needles, they are the finer, Japanese type, and not very many.
