“I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Thank God for David Kenny (works with Penske making race cars) who measured, remeasured and measured again and answered the myriad of questions about those measurements. Leo got it done. On multiple occasions he's had me troubleshoot the problem myself and some of those times I was able to resolve it without having to have him come out or pay him a dime. He responds to photos of the problem area sent over text. Other times it has helped narrow down the problem so he knows what he's dealing with in advance of showing up which helps him arrive prepared with the necessary parts and gets him in and out quicker.
