We came back from three weeks of vacation to find our house flooded from a broken pipe, which was pouring water from an upper floor over everything on the first floor and basement and had been for a long time. Dave came over same day and took eleven rugs to the ICU. They just came back today and Dave brought them back from the brink of death; even silk rugs that had bled, he washed the bleed out. Our 11x18 antique looks brand new (see below). Dave is the nicest guy, he helped roll the new rugs out in our new house. I'm so glad he helped rescue us from that disaster!

Dave and the team are beyond exceptional. I stopped in with only a vague idea of what I was looking for. Dave immediately helped me figure out the right dimensions (and from my very crude drawing!) and the team was patient and helpful the entire time. Dave somehow knew the exact rugs to pull from the stacks to help find me find the perfect solution for our space (and I can be quite indecisive!). Delivery and setup was impeccable, and the new rug has truly transformed our space with both beauty and comfort. My only regret is that I waited this long to go to the store.

Excellent service and rug cleaning. I had 4 rugs cleaned that hadn't been in decades, including one that needed repairs to edges and ripped areas. They came back like new, no exaggeration. I also bought rug pads because they had the kind I needed and cut them to size.
