During two month of therapy, they made it possible to return me back to running, considering that I was limping before the therapy. Thank you BU therapy and Jake, the recovery results are outstanding!“

I’m now at Performance and it’s a world of difference! From my first visit I felt relief in my neck and back that for years have been causing me pain! My therapist has tried new approaches for me, like Cupping to relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck. They truly care about your overall health. I never in my life have ever felt any relief from P.T until I found Performance and highly recommended it. If you are in need and have felt like nothing has ever worked for you before than this is where you belong. You will be glad you gave this place a try!!“

304 Chestnut St, Needham“It gives me great pleasure to post this review. Needham Physical Therapy (NPT) has been a great resource for me for more than a year. They are an excellent place for physical therapy providing the needed exercises in a very friendly environment. You become the center of attention as soon as you walk in. You are welcomed by name by Elaine, always with a smile, and someone comes over right away with a heat pad or icy wrap depending on what you need.
I started using NPT in March 2023 to treat pain from a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. Ryan Hicks started working with me as the physical therapist. He has done an amazing job of helping me to recover. My choice last year was to go for shoulder surgery or try to treat my pain through exercises to strengthen my shoulder. Ryan was of major help in my decision to avoid surgery. I am now able to do most daily tasks with my right shoulder without having gone for surgery. Although I still have some pain in my shoulder from time to time, I am convinced that, in my case, avoiding surgery was the right thing.
After recovery from shoulder pain, I went to NPT to treat pain in my knees. Again I started working with Ryan Hicks. He was of great help, before and after the left knee replacement surgery. While I still have some pain in my knees, I am now able to do outdoor walks of about two miles.
In addition to Ryan Hicks, I received physical therapy from Andrea Kelly and many therapy assistants including Ian and Emma. They have a wonderful team and a very friendly and uplifting environment. Michael Kane, the owner of NPT, has done an amazing job of building a great team. He finds the right people and given them an environment to grow and be responsive to what the patients need. There was always someone around to help whenever I needed something.
I highly recommend NPT. I will certainly go back to NPT whenever I need some physical therapy.“

2285 Massachusetts Ave Suite 102, Cambridge“As other reviewers have said - 10/10. Dr Rob is the best as is the practice as a whole. I am an older person who cares about my sports and my fitness and I am grateful that Dr Rob regularly figures out how to keep me active and performing at a high level. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.“

My spouse and my brother also see Abdel as his experience with sports medicine has helped tremendously for my lower back. Medications and massage were not helping much at all. Her experience and knowledge are unmatched and she shows true care for her patients. I highly recommend her for any of your chiropractic needs.“

191 Blue Hills Pkwy, Milton“These guys are actually knowledgable. I'm grateful I finally found a competent physical therapist that I can trust. Sean went over my whole history, discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and most importantly created a custom plan for my case. Sarah at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. I takes me 45 minutes to get here but it is totally worth it!“

2285 Massachusetts Ave Suite 102, Cambridge“I had chronic lower back pain for years. It got worse over the last 6 months, so I stared PT after getting an MRI confirming my pain. The PT did not help me, almost made my pain worse. Unsure of what to do, I called Lisa. Within two sessions my pain got so much better. Every time I go my back feels better and better. She is intuitive, listens, and genuinely wants to help make you feel better. She is a healer at heart. I cannot recommend Lisa enough! Acupuncture has changed my life, and I am so grateful for Lisa.“

437 Cherry St, Newton“Dr.Mui and Dr.Kelly are the best chiropractor i have been too and they have lots of training and a high level of education. They both volunteer at sports related events as medical personnel such as the Boston marathon. They are both also wonderful people. Ashley, who works the front desk is also wonderful and always super helpful! Overall, I recommend trying both Dr.Mui or Dr.Kelly as you may find you have a personal preference, though they are both equally wonderful.“

Zhang's boneknitting technique worked wonders on my knee, which originally couldn't straighten. Thanks to his expertise, my knee is now fully functional. His skill and dedication truly made a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!“

1718 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge“I had been dealing with lower back pain pain for 6+ weeks. Sleeping was hard, putting on socks impossible, forget my hobbies, Dr TJ Hagen in just 2 treatments turned me around to being functional and after 3 treatments I was literally back to normal. Having never been to a chiropractor I was expecting back cracking/adjustments but in reality it was mainly deep tissue work while simultaneously doing physical therapy movements
Truly amazing the results I achieved
Thank you Dr Hagan ?“

“George got me back to ultramarathon training! He helped me with a stubborn hamstring issue that wasn't responding to other treatments like PT or massage. I was feeling lost with this nagging pain for months, and after a few visits I felt like me again. Now I'm training for my third 100 mile race.
Also, last year I went to George to help heal my ankle after I tore a ligament. He helped me get my mobility back and he was honest with me when I needed a break from treatments to let things settle down (because I was also dealing with an inflammatory illness at the time). I've learned a lot from him and I have complete faith in his practice. I'm so lucky to have East/West Sports Acupuncture in my corner so I can stay strong and run all the miles!“
