My husband and I did a series of sessions in the Amherst location about 7 years ago and it was fabulous. Really help his hip pain. I still have my series of exercises and do them frequently. I wish I stayed on for another series. Maybe I will now that I'm working down in that area again.

I worked with Miranda Terra to help improve my posture. After many weeks of exercise some progress was made. I continue with my exercises since they also are helping with my lower back pain. Thank you Miranda for all your help and patience.Ann Marie C.

Matt is so knowledgeable, and helps me understand the cause of my pain or my body's responses to the exercises, why I'm doing particular exercises, and what the goal is; this makes me a more motivated and informed member of my own therapy team. That has never happened for me in an orthopedist's office.
