She gave me printouts to work on at home. It was a very welcoming environment that made my experience a very positive one. I️ highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to improve their quality of life.“

26 S Main St, Randolph“Dear Bay State Physical Therapy Team,
I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the care I am receiving at your Randolph location.
Today marks my seventh session, and I have been very impressed by your team's attentiveness and expertise. I am pleased to report that my pain level has dropped significantly. My muscle and joint function has improved to the point where I can now stand up from a chair without using my hands for leverage, and I no longer experience discomfort when walking up or down stairs.
Thank you to every member of your team for your excellent support.
Best regards,
T D“

360 Brockton Ave Suite 206, Abington“I was in PT here recently with Gabby as my primary therapist. She was terrific from our first meeting together until our last. I truly feel that I was greatly cared for by her and everyone at Bay State PT. Everyone else I had as a sub was great too.
Mary-Beth from the front office was lovely and awesome to coordinate appointments with too. She was very helpful the couple of times I needed to reschedule appointments.
If I ever need to return to PT, or if I were to refer someone, I certainly will come back and advocate for anyone I know to choose the Abington Bay State PT office too.“

169 N Franklin St, Holbrook“I would highly recommend National Physical Therapy. Their therapists (Sean, Laura, and Saloni) have done an outstanding job in assisting and guiding me with my recovery from surgery to repair a ruptured Quad tendon. The staff (Janice) at NPT is friendly and getting or changing, an appointment is easy. There is also plenty of parking available.“

It's always very clean too.I've also used the physical therapy a few times, which was very good also. I've belonged for over 10 years, and have been very happy with this gym.“

711 W Center St, West Bridgewater“Had an overall great experience with baystate physical therapy, I spent a lot of time with Joey and Maura on my back issues and this was the first time I've seen a physical therapist that decided to focus on my postural issues and offer unique and different exercises that I haven't done before. Wow, my back isn't 100% better. It's at least 75% better and I now have better ways of managing my pain.
Very friendly environment!“

63 S Main St A, Randolph“I honestly don’t even know where to begin. My name is Fabiolah, and after being in a car accident last year, I’ve been dealing with a lot of pain, discomfort, and stress physically and mentally. Today was my very first hands-on assessment at BD Therapy, and I am genuinely speechless by the level of care, professionalism, and compassion I received.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The chiropractor took the time to really listen to me, understand my pain, and explain everything in a way that made me feel seen and reassured instead of rushed. You can immediately tell they truly care about their patients and their recovery process.
The hands-on assessment itself was phenomenal. I walked in tense, nervous, and uncomfortable, and left feeling relief, hope, and confidence that I’m finally in the right place to heal properly. The attention to detail, patience, knowledge, and bedside manner were beyond anything I expected.
After struggling since my accident, this was the first time I genuinely felt like someone understood what my body has been going through. I’m so grateful I found BD Therapy and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone dealing with pain, injuries, or recovery after an accident. To say he is valued would be an understatement, he is superb.
Absolutely 5 stars across the board. Thank you for making such a difference already after just one visit. I’m truly looking forward to continuing my treatment here!“

300 Granite St, Braintree“I’ve been searching for real help for over 10 years, and I don’t say this lightly when I say that meeting Carina O’Neill truly changed something in me.
Over the years, I’ve seen countless doctors, specialists, and pain clinics. I’ve had just about every injection you can imagine. What stood out to me before I even met her was that multiple doctors, all from different buildings and institutions, independently told me the same thing, “If anyone can help you, it’s her.” That alone says everything.
From the moment I met Dr. O’Neill at Spaulding in Braintree, I felt something I haven’t felt in a very long time… I truly felt seen. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t talk over me. She didn’t treat me like a chart, a case, or a number. She treated me like a human being who has been carrying pain for a very long time. Her empathy was immediate and genuine. She spoke to me gently, listened fully, and truly validated everything I’ve been experiencing for years.
The injections themselves were unlike anything I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. (I’ve had hundred maybe even thousands of injections over the years) She was able to inject in places no other doctor has ever addressed, areas I didn’t even realize could be treated because no one else had the experience or confidence to go there. I felt relief right away, and in the days following I’ve noticed slow, meaningful progress, the kind of progress that brings real hope.
But more than the physical relief, what has stayed with me is knowing that she truly cares. I can tell that no matter what, she will do everything in her power to help me. That kind of care is rare. After a decade of feeling dismissed, minimized, or overlooked, she made me feel like a person again.
I now completely understand why she’s talked about the way she is, why doctors across New England know her name, and why she’s the one they send their hardest cases to. One visit was enough to see it clearly. Carina O’Neill is extraordinary.
Without question, Carina O’Neill has put Spaulding Rehabilitation in Braintree on the map. I am beyond grateful I found my way to her, and for the first time in years, I feel hopeful.“
