He gave me multiple topical options and followed up well with how the treatments were working for me. Everything he suggested medication and lifestyle wise has worked so well for me! He also helped me understand the process of what was going on with my skin and other ways to heal it beneath the surface which is super helpful for preventing flare ups. He made me feel seen and had amazing bedside manner. He had a caring personality, listened well, good communication, and overall concern for my needs! Highly recommend! ?“

The PA who saw me was diligent & prescribed antibiotics for strep despite a negative rapid test, as the physical exam was suspicious. She was right and the culture was positive. We saw Guy for my son’s ear infection. Both visits were fast, efficient and the place is clean. Can’t ask for a better urgent care experience.“

“I really love my NP here. Minus a star (probably should be two) for lack of billing transparency. Apparently the entire Boston One Medical network bills under Mass General Brigham Community (NPI 1265094122). So even through One Medical is supposedly in network for my insurance, all Boston offices are out of network when you get down to the actual billing.

Be sure to call your insurance to check before you get a $550 out of network bill for a 20 min PCP appointment!“
