The staff is wonderful and I have full confidence in them. My only complaint is the wait time.i had an 1120 appointment, be here at 1105 and not seen until 1215 after I called the front desk on my phone to complain about the wait.
I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff during check-in, and I was seen on time. The doctor and medical team were supportive, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. After many years as a patient at Neponset Health Center, I am happy to say that I continue to receive good customer service and compassionate care from my primary care provider, the Women's Health Department, and the other providers I have seen. Thank you for your continued dedication and outstanding support!
They sure seem to want to do well and with excellence in all departments. Still either the doctor or the pharmacy filled my script wrong. I’ve been all over the place in the last few days until it dawned on me that the capsules “felt” smaller. I checked the bottle and sure enough they are half the strength. Not cool. And not good at all! Giving four stars still because 1 of them are for the benefit of the doubt, sprinkled with the grace of God.
