I’ve always had such a wonderful experience these past 10 years but today I call and the man gave the worse customer service on a call I made. He gave attitude and seems like he didn’t want to work. When I asked his name he hung up.
Everyone is very professional here - patient and caring even though they’re clearly very busy. They answer all my questions and I can tell they want to understand my needs as much as possible. I never feel like I am being rushed through my appointments or that they are trivializing my concerns. The care feels comprehensive and my experience is that they can cover all needed labs, blood testing, vaccines, prescriptions, etc in one visit.
Their service has been fast, and scheduling and messaging is pretty easy via call or the app.
Always very well taken care of my self, very good staff, nurses, doctors, every one treats you very good,
My primary Doctor Cassie F. Is always awesome, she treats me very well, she is very worried with everything that is possible going on, last time she went above and beyond to help me with problems,
