I am a first-time homebuyer with an interest in historic homes. Fortunately, I found Dan the inspector through the Historic Building Inspectors Association, and I am so glad I did. Dan was extremely thorough and took the time to answer my questions and explain the things he was looking for and finding in detail. He's been doing inspections for at least 20 years and clearly has a passion for his work. The inspection lasted about 4 hours for a 4000 square foot house built in the 1890s. The report is also clear and thorough. If you are going to buy an old house, or if you are a first-time buyer, this is the guy to call. He might be a little more expensive than other services, but it's worth every single red cent.

A great company to work with. The staff is pleasant and professional. They are neat and accomplish the task efficiently. They are busy so you may have to wait for them and it’s worth the wait. They hung fixtures, installed outlets and worked on the electrical boards.

The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .
Amazing practice. My children and I come here. They are very kind and considerate and provide excellent dental care. My kids are no longer afraid of the dentist!
Dr. Shope and technician specialist Jenn took amazing care of my dog Ted. Ted has several conditions that increase his anesthetic risk and is also very anxious at the vet. They came up with a plan that took all of his conditions and his temperament into account and they were so patient with him (and me as a nervous owner). It was truly a fear free experience and Ted did great. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care.
