Overall, it was a good experience. My 2-year-old son was crying since it was his first time, but the service was good. We had the Mundan (traditional head-shaving ritual) done, after prayers at the temple. He first used a trimmer, then a zero shaver, and finally did a clean touch-up with a razor. The process was handled patiently and neatly.
Linda was amazing! It was my first time getting my long-haired cat groomed and I was very nervous. She made me feel very comfortable and we went over what I wanted done and she did a fantastic job. Spooky came back very happy and relaxed, and the little flower collar was an adorable bonus. I will definitely be using Linda again :)
Excellent customer service, I bought a house that had a system already in place and I decided to upgrade the control box and add on two additional collars. In addition to that I also needed my dogs to be trained on how to use the fence and they were very prompt on making appointment to do so.
Just had Evan here for an estimate. I am used to contracting estimators not being wholly prepared to answer my very picky questions and I really was impressed. Very informed about his products and able to answer all my concerns or explain why he could not at that moment. I asked about everything I was experiencing as an upsell, and he was great in going into the technical reasons in a way that was convincing. I hope we can go with these folks - price will be the determiner, but Evan knows his stuff.

Two Story Building remodeled an original bathroom, creating a modern wet room with an open floor plan and lofted ceiling. They were willing to work with our design and install a custom cabinet that we built and provided, and they solved some structural issues at the beginning which allowed us to move forward with the original design intact. They were meticulous in their attention to detail, making sure that we understood any issues that arose, and were infinitely patient and respectful of our requests and concerns. There was never an impatient reaction, or air of condescension, even when we had multiple questions or when small changes were made mid-way through the process. The subcontractors were professional and obliging, and I felt that Two Storey did an excellent job pairing the workers to the job.
For instance, because of the design, this room was all about the larger format tile, which was installed on all four walls, floor to ceiling, and the work required a good amount of planning to get the layout correct. The tile installer spent a full day with us and making sure he understood exactly what we wanted. The electrician was also extremely careful in his planning, which allowed the rest of the building and installations to proceed without a hitch. The project was completed in a timely way and came in under budget and the room looks and functions exactly as we hoped. We so appreciate the way the whole team worked to realized our vision and for adding greatly to the enjoyment and value of our home.
