The Hair Design Center is a terrifc salon to get your hair done. Frank, the senior stylist and the individual who takes charge of the salon, does a wonderful job with both women's and men's hair. I have known him for decades and do not trust my hair to anyone else.
Frank has been styling my hair for so long that he knows it better than I do. He knows when there is a slight wave which either needs to work with the style or needs to be made obedient. He is aware when there is a cowlick or two to deal with or when there are a few gray hairs which effortlessly need to have their appearance in my haircut tamed.

Had a men’s haircut from Frank. He took time to understand what I wanted before picking up the scissors, and checked in as he went. The result was clean, well-shaped, and exactly what I described. No rushing, no guessing. If you have long hair or want someone who actually listens, book Frank.

Got a men’s cut here from Franco. An incredibly nice man with over 40 years of experience - it’s obvious he knows hair very well. He is prideful of his work and takes his time (be prepared to sit for ~1 hour), not to mention a great conversationalist. Charge was $45 for a short men’s cut, which seems fair for the time and quality put in.
