“Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment.
I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.
The hardwood floors are original and they’d already been sanded several times, so I thought they were beyond saving. Martin assured me there was still life left in them—and he was right. I had tenants in the home at the time, which made things tricky, but he worked in two phases to accommodate everyone.

“Joe knows his stuff. Joe has probably single handly made the Parkway area into the vibrant area it is now with all his work. Each one of his jobs is a work of art. The homes go from 1930s recession to 2020s modernization. Is there anyone more trustworthy and knowledgable in the area, if you find them let me know. The job sites I have seen he lives clean… Cleaner than when they started. Explains everything thats gonna happen. Also from the SM presence seems to be visiting trade shows to make his materials and work better. Giving us the customer more and better options.“

“NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.“

“I own several triple deckers in the Boston area and have had BRC Renovations do a complete roof replacement on on about two years ago. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price and I've had no problems since. At the same time they rebuilt the chimney from the roof deck up. They removed all the debris and kept the area clean on a daily basis. I have had them do various repairs at another similar flat roof building as well and I will have them do a complete roof replacement on that building within the year.I can't emphasize how important it is to me that they are responsive to emergency requests for fast turn-around repairs as well as top quality workmanship.“
