Service was lacking and at the time they charged a $6 COVID sanitation fee. Businesses can be so obtuse - you spend $200 on a cut all in and then they nickel and dime you on making their salon clean?!?
I mean this place is a relic of the 80s. Nothing about it felt lux. The women at the front desk were aggressively too self important. And for 155$ for a mens cut. It was good, but I've had better and for that price and attitude from front desk. Just get get better value and amenities at so many other places.
One of the hardest parts of relocating is finding a new stylist. I was so fortunate to have Fiona cut and style my hair on 3/18/23. Professionally, she instantly understood what I needed and took my hair to the next level. Personally, she was such a pleasant person to chat with and I look forward to coming back.
