“For never having been to a spa, it felt strange being so anxious going into relax. Stephanie did my skin care and facial. She made it a tremendous experience, eased my nerves! Stephanie also made great skin care recommendations when I told her I didn’t know much about skin care. Andrew did a great job with my massage. He asked questions about pain areas and made some recommendations for me to help my tendinitis. The hot neck wraps they offer as you wait for services were very calming. He was very attentive, listened to my needs, explained everything, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went in with really bad neck/should pain and tightness. Moving my neck was a challenge! However, when I left Olin and Essential Therapies my neck/shoulders felt much better than they did going in. His technique on point, it was one of the best massages I've had EVER!
