Questions answered, tried the red light bed, which I loved, signed up for a package.<br>I shared my previous experience, and I feel confidently in the way it was handled, not excused, but also respectful to the person who I had the negative experience. Overall, I was told it shouldn't have happened.<br>It was handled professionally, and correctly in my opinion of customer service.<br><br>Was so excited to purchase and test out a red therapy session before closing, at 8pm. I was cutting it close. I was asked to come back. It was 7:53pm. Red light is 5-10 min. I was refused a session.<br>I'm driving off the lot now, after writing this. Still not 8pm.<br>I will give another shot, but first impression 👎”
