“I’ve been going to Nicholas Michaels for years, primarily for Wanessa and Laurie. I’ve been seeing them for 12+ years, following them from another spa.

Wanessa is my all-time favorite for mani/pedis. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she takes the time to care for cuticles when hardly anyone seems to anymore. I truly love her work and always leave feeling well taken care of.

Laurie’s facials always leave me feeling cleansed, exfoliated, moisturized, and noticeably different when I walk out. She is equally amazing, and I really value both of them.

Recently, I needed a facial on short notice, so I booked with someone new instead. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When the facial was over, I honestly felt like almost nothing had been done. There was no exfoliation, no hand/foot massage, and my skin did not have that refreshed feeling I always get after a facial. I’m not sure how I was there that long. The appointment also included a push to purchase a more expensive product, which felt uncomfortable given how underwhelming the service itself was.

I’ll always continue coming to Nicholas Michaels because Wanessa and Laurie are outstanding, but I’ll be sticking with them for future appointments. So 5 stars for my girls, 1 for the other.“
