Next, the main area has a beautiful, welcoming living room setup with a calming atmosphere and inviting decor. The individual treatment rooms are cozy with interesting artwork, soft lighting, soft blankets and pillows (if you'd like) and soothing music in the background. There are white noise machines to enhance privacy. Everything is comforting and pleasing to the senses.

The main attraction is the salt room, which will become a sanctuary for you. It is large enough to feel open and comfortable - I'm contrasting this to other salt rooms where I've felt confined and claustrophobic. Just Breathe is the opposite of that. The floors and walls are spotless, the zero gravity recliners are comfortable, and the beautiful backlit wall of salt blocks from ceiling to floor on the front wall is mesmerizing. The backlights shine softly through the many color variations and striations in the salt blocks producing an overall warm peach glow. Background music, if you want it, can be ocean waves or calming instrumental music. The salt is medicinal grade. Unlike with inferior salt rooms, you will not be covered in salty grit when you leave. Let me emphasize outright how superior this facility is to others I've seen!

The area outside the salt room has stylish benches and storage areas for your coats and shoes and other possessions. A tea station is there. Even the restrooms are immaculate and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel comfortable.

Don't miss the library shelves in the corner of the living room. I've borrowed really good books and audio books. One item I borrowed provided content that's been exceptionally impactful and I consider this find just another of the many gifts Just Breathe offers.

The sound healing and meditation sessions in the salt room will have you in the company of the kindest, most comfortable people. I've always come by myself and feel comfortable and at ease every time. It's a genuine treat to meet people with whom you feel instantly at ease. I love the instructors - you will too. They are passionate about what they do, talented and extremely welcoming.

The craniosacral therapy is an experience unto itself. I am new to it and stunned at how effective Jen is at relieving long term pain, both physical and emotional.
