“I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion and kindness for what you are going through with your pet. I've been to many in my years growing up and may I say I've never found one like this. I tell everybody I know about this place and to try them out for yourself and see the results you will not be disappointed.“

North bridge handles everything for us from the routine care of our young horses to the more sophisticated maintenance of our competition horses to the emergencies that always seem to happen on Friday night or a holiday weekend. I wouldn't trust the health and soundness of our horses to any other practice!“

He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. “I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.“

“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. “Dr Tracey left and I thought about leaving. I met with Dr. Flynn and she was amazing! Such a nice person, wasn’t rushed and answered all my questions. She did the whole exam in front of me and you can tell she loves her job. My dog ended up needing an urgent surgery, they sent a referral over to Bulgers and Dr. Flynn even hooked me up with pet insurance. I told all of my family how impressed I was by her! She even called me on her lunch break the next day to check in on my dog. The nurses and reception staff have always been so great. I’m definitely staying at river road.“

“All I have to say. Is that my Oreo. Gets they best care ever from this place. I love the staff so much. My dog is a Beagle and he loves it there. I tell him we are going to your second home. His tail spins like crazy. They are super good with him I totally recommend this place. They are a ten star in my eyes. I have been everywhere with my dog. And this one is they best one ever always clean inside. Not one drop of dog hair. The place is beautiful. And Oreo has they best doctor ever. I love her. Michelle Crusoe is the best and so is. “Under the circumstances, I had the best experience with PetMedic in Burlington, MA. My dog (Ollie) was vomiting and diarrhea pure blood. I called PetMedic and was seen within 30 minutes of calling. They put us directly into our room and seen by the doctor right away. Dr. Nathan DeCosmo was amazing with Ollie and was extremely thorough with me. “They treat my 10 years old, long haired Chihuahua ?(coco) really well! And the veterinarian went above, and beyond explaining everything to me. Unfortunately coco's heart murmer got worse pretty fast, and he's being tested today for cushions( which would explain his excessive amount of drinking water, and eating). He's on a strict diet now. He only eats royal canin for adult Chihuahuas Also, the staff is so sweet and welcoming I don't have any complaints at this time. I definitely would recommend this vet?“
