I was referred by Gail and Joanne did an amazing job! I received so many compliments on how my puppy looks. I love how she did, it reminds me of the face I fell in love with.Joanne is very knowledgeable and gave great advice on helping me try to get my puppy acclimated, going forward to being groomed.

I was referred to Joanne at Fancy Tails by a very satisfied neighbor who has their dog groomed there. I have taken my dachshund to Joanne for nail trims and have been very satisfied. She is friendly and professional And treats the animals very kindly as if they were her own. And she is quite reasonable. I highly recommend Joanne and her staff at a Fancy Tails in a Dracut.
