She took great care in talking with me about what I wanted, pausing and checking at every step to ensure that it felt right, and I could feel her excitement about how her cut would bring my curls back and would feel and look so much better - which was 100% true. I love the cut and finally feel like someone really listened and gave me the style I wanted, yet also brought it to the next level :) I felt safe and as if I was with someone who is a true professional and master at her craft.
