“I saw Dr. Catanio for an eye exam and she was great! She was efficient and kind, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me. Then I saw Mena for help picking out the right frames for my new prescription, and she was awesome! Super helpful and clearly knows her stuff- that was the best experience I've ever had with getting new glasses!!! I will be back to see her the next time I have a new prescription!“

“They’re nice but I think this might be a bit scammy? I’ve been here twice and both times I think they messed up my prescription. I just had an eye appointment last week and they gave me a lower prescription. When I got my glasses, I compared with glasses I’ve had for over 2 years (I got the prescription from a different doctor/office) and the new ones I got from Westminster Eyecare Associates are worse for seeing far away than my ones from two years ago! Now I’ve wasted $120 on glasses that don’t work very well. Will not be returning again.

EDIT: After writing this Ilse reached out to me to take a look at the new glasses (from Costco) prescription. They were able to pinpoint an issue with the lenses. They changed out my lenses on the same day I brought them in, even thought I didn’t purchase them here, and gave me a discount. I’m happy they were able to rectify this issue with the glasses even though they didn’t cause it.“

“I had my first appointment at Elliott Eye Doctors today and they are fabulous! Everyone was so nice, the exam was very thorough, and I love the frames that I picked out. Leah was amazing and even brought out some frames that were not on display to help me find the perfect pair. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, I would highly recommend them.“

“I just had my first office visit with Dr Pfeffer and wish I switched sooner! The front desk staff is happy and very friendly, and Dr Pfeffer came out to get me and did everything himself (I didn't get bounced back and forth from nurse to nurse to waiting room). I was seen on time and my entire appointment was about 45 minutes. If you're hesitant to switch, don't be! What a breath of fresh air this eye doctors office was! My only regret is I didn't switch sooner!“

“My primary care medical team diagnosed me with an eye medical emergency. They did not have the advanced equipment to treat me, so they referred me to Vision Care at the Brown Center. When I arrived, they were booked solid, but still found time to treat me. Their medical care was excellent. They were also very compassionate, explaining what happened to me, and the treatment plan to help me recover.“
