Really phenomenal customer service! The people that work here are pleasant and helpful. There is a large selection of frames, and an eye doc on site. Parking is frustrating on Thayer.

I fully expected to be waiting for my exam and brought a book to pass the time. Didn’t even break out the book from start to finish. I was immediately greeted and only waited a few moments after checking in to have my exam. My exam was quick and the doctor answered my questions and even put in a referral for me for an issue that came up during my exam. Right after my exam, I was shown the selection of glasses, and the associate reviewed my benefits with me to make sure I got the best deal. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of frames to choose from. Fair prices, and a deal when buying two pairs! Couldn't be happier and can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!
