I love Vision Care Lincoln. The secretary is the nicest, sweetest lady. Very helpful. The doctor is wonderful. He answers all your questions. He spends time with you and listens to you. The time you spend there is not long. It is a wonderful place to deal with your eyes.

I booked my appointment a year ago. Two days before my appointment I get a phone call that they need to cancel the appointment- their schedule has changed. Over the weekend I broke my glasses. Called first thing this morning, left a message. I called a second time this afternoon and was told the earliest they have is end of next month. They then called me at the end of the day because they were able to squeeze me in this week! I greatly appreciate managements effort in ensuring patients are getting the service and help they need.

Accommodating staff and kind and considerate to people coming in. I have been coming to here for years and they have helped fix my glasses many times. Inside the building it is really nice looking and with the pandemic the staff respects everyone's safety.
