The doctor is absolutely amazing, taking time to explain everything in detail and answering all questions without making anyone feel rushed. The team shows truly caring attitudes, helping with anxiety and making patients feel like family. Services include retinal imaging for adults and children. The opticians show patience while helping select frames. Overall, the experience is described as wonderful, with great service and a supportive, professional team.
I went in to see Dr. Zhang after my wife and kids saw her and were very happy with the service that was provided. She is very thoughtful and attentive, she listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly addressed them. My family is very satisfied with Bay Eye Center!

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff made both me and my son feel comfortable right away — big smiles, calm energy, and truly caring attitudes.
