My experience was good very nice staff. I see dr. T. He is really nice I like him except the wait for him is over 2 hours once I was there over 3 that is just too long. Mt mother sees dr. Gupta and she is never there more than an hour. So I am not sure why so long to wait.
I saw Dr. Catanio for an eye exam and she was great! She was efficient and kind, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me. Then I saw Mena for help picking out the right frames for my new prescription, and she was awesome! Super helpful and clearly knows her stuff- that was the best experience I've ever had with getting new glasses!!! I will be back to see her the next time I have a new prescription!
I was getting ocular headaches for 4 days. I called the RI Eye Institute for an appointment. I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years but have not had my eyes checked since before the Covid lockdowns. After check in, my wait time was minimal. All the staff was professional and pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Mishley, who I thought was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend the RIEI.
