“Peter, Oliver, and Alan did an amazing job with my condo unit remodeling project that involved bathroom and kitchen remodeling, reconfiguring a closet, full painting of the unit, and floor refinishing. They turned a 1990 condo unit into a brand new modern loft. Peter, the GC, was very communicative throughout the project, even when I was out of town for a week. If I needed something adjusted, Oliver and Alan would make the adjustment very promptly. Peter was transparent about the timeline and quotes, but one thing I’d recommend is having every detail written in the proposal, so you are not surprised with any additional expenses. For example, our proposal included “kitchen cabinet installation and bathroom vanity installation”, but they asked for additional $4K after they installed my IKEA cabinets and vanity. I understand that IKEA cabinet assembly can be a pain, but had I been aware of this cost earlier, I would have hired IKEA assembly and installation team for $2.7K. Nevertheless, their overall pricing was very reasonable, and they are one of the friendliest and most professional teams I’ve worked with. They carried out all tasks beautifully. I would definitely consider working with them again for future projects!“

They were available two days later but when I told them it was urgent, they squeezed me in the next morning at 7 am and completed the job the same day. I had a great experience.
