I’m currently away from home with the military and my dryer crapped out on my wife so we decided to have a propane tank and propane lines installed so that we could upgrade to a propane dryer. I was stressed about not being home to deal with the situation, but Surner alleviated that stress for me. Both Jessica and Anne in the office were very polite and kept me in the loop on the install. Technicians Tom and Joe showed up to do the install and my wife told me they were great! Both guys were well prepared with everything they needed to complete the install in an efficient and timely manner.
