They all made sure my dear girl felt the warmth and love of not just her family, but everyone she came into contact with on her final day. I lost my best friend, but it was moving to see so many great humans rallying to help, even though we were completely new and they never met us before. It restored some hope on a very dark day. “First time customer and we will definitely be back! My Sim is a 7 year old special needs Shih Tzu. He's a rescue who has been groomed under sedation since he was rescued and he's also blind. After years of sedated grooms that were starting to affect him we reached out to see if they were willing to try grooming him without sedation (he was sedated due to his reactions when they groomed certain areas). They said they would give it try and they were successful! They have tricks to deal with little quirks and the treats I brought with him didn't hurt the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a special needs or older animal to them for grooming as they took great care in grooming my dog that was previously classified as being too reactive to be groomed while awake. He was very happy when I picked him up and even had a cute little bandana on.”
